Physical Education is an education which brings improvement
in Students performance with the help of physical activities.

EXTRA CURRICULAR

Extra Curricular refer to activities pursued outside of the classroom. Examples of extracurricular activities are: being a member of a sports team.

The objective of co-curricular exercises is to provide a better sense of confidence in children along with installing a feeling of sportsmanship.
